On November 7, the vocational skills competition organized by the Precision Forming Division came to a successful conclusion. The competition was launched on September 21, focusing on the four skills of CNC lathe, stamping die assembly, equipment and electrical maintenance, and cold commissioning, which lasted for more than a month and attracted more than 50 skilled elites to compete on the same stage. After layers of selection and fierce competition, a group of outstanding skilled talents came to the fore. The competition stimulated the spirit of skilled talents to pursue excellence and strive for the first, and promoted the improvement of the overall business level of the skilled talent team.
