On June 12th, Mr. Hu Anqing, the director of the Personnel and Administration Department, represented the company to attend the signing ceremony of the school-enterprise collaboration agreement titled "Party Building + Industry-Education Integration" held by International Maritime College. The objective of this school-enterprise collaboration was to fully leverage the respective advantages of both the school and the enterprise, to form a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise division of labor and cooperation, dual-subject collaborative education, and common development, and to ensure the cultivation of applied technical and skilled talents with specialized knowledge and work skills that met the needs of enterprise positions.
