On August 30, 2024, our company, in collaboration with Huazhi Weiguang Management Consulting Company, held a kick-off meeting for the human resources performance consulting project. The meeting focused on learning Huawei’s excellent organizational transformation and the essence of strategic performance management, aiming to empower our management team to construct organizational performance from strategic analysis by drawing on Huawei's successful experiences.
